Gary Waldman has been in the music and live event business since the late 1980's as a record label executive, artist manager and tour producer. Working on events from the smallest club shows to the world's largest festivals, the Grammys and every kind of major music television appearance, he always works hard to make every event smooth and fun for the client.

With over three decades of experience in merchandising, live entertainment and VIP services, Keir has worked with hundreds of artists over the years. Keir has toured extensively with artists such as Citizen Cope, AJR, Big Audio Dynamite, Schitt's Creek, Rhett & Link and has managed on-site merch operations at premiere music festivals including Lockn', Mountain Jam, Camp Bisco, Peach Music Festival and many more.

Quisia has worked with us for years with our music clients like Citizen Cope and Alice Smith, as well as Barbercon and SlimeMania.

Dana is an amazing photographer and designer and has worked with us on our convention events like Barbercon and Create Your Summer.

Ethan is an up and coming young audio engineer /production manager and worked with us on our Coyote Peterson's Brave Wilderness and Create Your Summer tours, as well as being the front of house sound engineer for the great instrumental band Circles Around The Sun.

Duke started with us when he was just 19, working mainly on music tours with Medeski, Martin & Wood, Citizen Cope, Teddy Thompson and more. He's also worked recently with Lord Huron, Shovels & Rope and many other great bands.

Matt Sandoski is a Colorado based technical director & production manager, sound engineer, and business owner.  With over 25 years of experience in event and concert production, Matt enjoys the craft of putting together a technically exciting show. Live or streaming, Matt has extensive experience as a Production Manager, FOH engineer, and video designer with artists such as Rhett & Link, The Dollop, Citizen Cope, and Circles Around the Sun. Over the course of his career, Matt has also worked on hundreds of albums as either a mastering engineer or mixing engineer and has earned multiple Grammy nominations with a Grammy win in 2002.

Mike Buckman has been in the graphic design business since the late 1980's, working on all sorts of album covers, concert posters, websites and every facet of graphic design.

Drew is a rising star in the live audio world, starting out as the front of house sound engineer for A Great Big World and now working with the world's biggest new live attraction, Billie Eilish.

Allie started with us working on Rhett & Link's Tour Of Mythicality back in 2017 and has since taken on a huge touring role with Create Your Summer, U Up? Podcast tour and as a key organizer of our Barbercon events.

Alex started working with us in 2019 with Stassi Schroeder and has gone on to work with us on many tours with Natalie Merchant, Baylen Levine and more.

Matt started with us in 2009 with Citizen Cope and has worked with us on Rhett & Link, Circles Around The Sun and more. He's also the great lighting designer for The Head & The Heart and Death Cab For Cutie.
